YIZE METAL is a specialized manufacturer integrating metal injection molding (MIM) mold development and full-process MIM manufacturing—including feedstock preparation, injection molding, debinding, sintering, and post-processing. Established in 2007, the company leverages over two decades of expertise in precision mold engineering to maintain deep technical mastery in critical process parameters such as powder rheology, dimensional shrinkage behavior, and sintering-induced distortion control.  

YIZE METAL excels in high-precision mold design and fabrication, enabling end-to-end integration of complex, miniaturized, high-tolerance metal components for high-volume production. MIM parts produced meet densities of 96–99% theoretical density, with mechanical properties approaching or, in certain cases, matching those of forged counterparts. The process delivers exceptional material utilization (>95%), minimal scrap generation, and significant reductions in per-unit cost—particularly advantageous for medium- to large-batch production—without compromising functional performance or economic efficiency.  

Through concurrent engineering—synchronizing mold design with forming and sintering process simulation—the company ensures exceptional dimensional consistency and repeatability across mass-produced small, geometrically intricate metal parts.
