MIM integrated molding shapes complex rotating thin-wall structures with high sintered density and stable dimensional accuracy, cutting material waste and assembly gaps from traditional machining.

Sintered 17-4PH workpieces undergo aging hardening for high strength and hardness, then fine polishing and passivation to form a dense anti-corrosion film, adapting to frequently movable audio rotating components.

After precise deburring and surface trimming, uniform ultra-thin PVD hard coating covers all micro-grooves and edges, lifting wear resistance and surface gloss without disrupting assembly tolerances.
