Sintered 17-4PH blanks undergo aging hardening to gain high tensile strength and hardness, then fine polishing to form smooth substrates, suiting load-bearing internal audio structural parts.

After precise deburring and surface trimming, uniform ultra-thin PVD hard coating covers all micro features, upgrading wear and corrosion resistance without disrupting assembly tolerances.
