316L base undergoes fine polishing after sintering to gain smooth, uniform substrate with superior anti-corrosion performance for exterior touch parts.

After precision deburring and surface leveling, uniform ultra-thin PVD hard coating covers all tiny edges, boosting scratch resistance and decorative texture without interfering with assembly clearances.
